Lion House Cheese Sauce

1/2 c. butter, melt then add...
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk, stir constantly until fairly thick, add...
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

When cheese is melted, add steamed broccoli and chopped, cooked ham. Served over baked potato.
